In 1977 to meet the growing demand for Chinese food, a range of five products, consisting of Chinese Stir-Fry Sauces, Vegetables and Noodles was launched. The name given to the range was Blue Dragon, which was taken from the Chinese symbol of good fortune.

All Blue Dragon products are imported straight from the Far East or produced in the UK using traditional Oriental recipes.
