We always recommend washing E-cloths in a net laundry bag to stop the cloths rubbing against other garments in the machine and gathering other fibres into the tiny micro fibres.

Wash E-cloths regularly in the machine on a hot wash to release grease and eliminate any bacteria which may have been collected. Use a small amount of washing powder (1/4 of the normal amount) and do not use any fabric conditioner/softener as this blocks the fibres and removes the natural static effect for when the cloths are used dry for dusting.
